Shipping Policy
1. General
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
Delivery Terms
Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 3 - 9 days.
Transit time internationally
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 14 - 21 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.
Change of Delivery Address
Orders placed will be dispatched within 3 business days.
We operate on Monday - Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Change of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. If you have placed an order for shipment to the wrong address please contact us immediately so we can correct the mistake with the carrier.
P.O. Box Shipping
We are unable to offer courier services to these locations at this time.
Military Address Shipping
We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS.
Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded 4 or more days after scheduled delivery, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service for next steps.

Import Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, import duties & taxes may be required to be paid. Novo Wide pre-calculate these costs and display them at checkout and give customers the choice of pre-paying these duties and taxes, or choosing to pay them separately upon arrival in your destination country. Novo Wide encourage customers to pre-pay duties and taxes as pre-paying these will facilitate a faster delivery time as they will be less likely to be subject to delays at customs at their destination country.
If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Novo Wide at the customer’s expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

Return Policy
Returns
Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, you can return that item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. You will need to start a return request with our customer support team by submitting a support ticket here, or here.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product unless product is found to be faulty or defective by 3BPC.REPAIR technicians.
Refunds and Exchanges
After we have received your valid return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return. If your return is accepted by Us, We will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, a check, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.
If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
Order Cancellations
Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled, and you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it.

We Will Accept the Refund Request
There must be no signs of wear or damage in any way
You must apply for refund within 30 calendar days of the delivery
It must not be a special order or a custom order
We Will Not Accept the Refund Request If we find
• Cracked, worn, bent, dented, scratched, or abused casings or plastics
• Cracked, scratched, or dented screens
• Loose, broken, or damaged hinges
• Loose, broken, or damaged power jacks
• Broken or damaged ports (such as USB, PS/2, VGA, etc.)
• Missing, broken, or worn keyboard keys
• Damage to any components caused by dropping, damage, or abuse
• Damage to any components caused by excessive dust, dirt, or tobacco build-up
• Damage to any components caused by spilled liquids or water damage
• Damage to any components caused by customer-installed hardware or by the installation of hardware
• Any software problem, such as corrupted or problematic programs, drivers, or settings
• Software, devices, peripherals, accessories, drivers, or files that were added to the computer
• Virus, spyware, malware, or other type of software infection
• Hardware that has been removed from the computer
• Shipping costs of your hardware or components to or from 3BPC.Repair
